I recently went to see Dr. Gilman for the first time while in pretty significant pain. When I called the patient office they were able to get me in to be seen quickly. He was very pleasant, understanding, and professional. He also took the time to thoroughly go over things with me and answer any questions I had. The other staff have been great as well. I would recommend him to friends and family.

I went in to see Dr. Gilman for a simple knee pain. During alignment he injured my hip tearing a ligament. I told him I thought he has broke my hip but he insisted that was normal pain; I was almost crying and felt faint. He refused to order test to see if I had been injured. Went to primary care and received order for MRI which revealed ligament tear. Went back to Dr. Gilman to tell him I had indeed been injured by HIM during alignment and he refused to accept any responsibility. BIG EGO!!!!

Dr. Gilman is completely professional, and you can see that he truly cares and is empathetic. Other friends and family use his services and I always reccomend him.

I have been a patient of Dr Gilman's as needed since he first came to Clarksville..MANY years ago. He is always cheerful and full of energy and has great rapport with patients of all ages. I am 77 years old, and have never worried that he would injure me. The staff acts very friendly and there's always someone at the window. All seem cheerful and helpful and the office is well decorated and comfortable..

Were the staff members able to answer your questions? The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? A few, but not too many Did this provider exaggerate his/her or abilities? Yes, I was outright lied to Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud

Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did the chiropractor offer on-site X-Rays? Yes, I didn't have to drive anywhere! How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen

Did you feel like your pain was lessened after your chiropractic treatment? Yes, I felt better than I've felt in years when I left! Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away! Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance
