Dr. Citak performed an EMG for future study of my nerves as they relate to current pain levels. He was kind and efficient. This procedure is difficult and requires patience from patient and doctor.
Dr. Citak's patient schedule was very booked.. a good indication of a highly-regarded physician..but his office worked w me to find a time that worked. No endless waits in the waiting room, front office staff and nurse assistants were lovely to deal with. Dr. Citak was very thorough with both questions and his exam, was patient and lovely to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.
My 91 year old aunt commented after our last visit with Dr Citak that he doesn’t rush the visit and listens to what his patient has to say. Dr Citak’s positivity transfers to my aunt and she always leaves the visit feeling good about herself and her health.
Dr. Citak is an excellent neurologist. I have been with him for about 25 years and my husband about 20 years. He is always there for us and listens and acts appropriately with what he says or does for our problems. If we need him, when we call we always either receive an answer, a call back or an appointment as soon as possible. Since there are other MD's in the group, if you have an issue you can see another DR. We love the staff as they are thorough and helpful. We would think of no other Neurologist.
Dr Citak is a rock star. Professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. Addressed and completely answered every concern of mine. I left 100% satisfied with his diagnosis. Highly recommend !
I was an established patient for a back injury- when the injury reoccurred a year later, Dr Citak had no availability for a month! I could not walk and he couldn’t make time to help- I’d say go elsewhere
I have never felt rushed during my appointments with Dr. Citak. He shows concern for me as his patient and has explained and provided me with best treatment for my migraines. He does not participate with my insurance plan but I feel he is well worth the out of network cost.
Dr. Citak knows nothing about concussions. I have been suffering almost 2.5 years after seeing him; he told me his patients were cured in a week. Well, I still have all post-concussion symptoms. He told me there was no correlation between having a concussion and watching TV, being on an iPad, etc. The next neuro I saw told me to not be on my feet more than an hour a day and to not stimulate my brain at all (IE, no computer, tv, phone,etc) That was more than 4 months later, after seeing Citak
