New neurologist ordered a "NM DAT scan" and an MRI of me gulliver. MRI test was easy to schedule. I've left 3 VM messages regarding the DAT scan and those have been ignored. Please notify Dr. Agan that I'm not able to schedule the DAT scan. I'll bring my Ouija Board to the next appointment and we'll scan that for answers to his questions.
The receptionist is incredibly rude. Please take the time to properly train her to speak on the phone politely. This was 10/17 at 10:50 AM.
The technicians were very friendly and professional. However, I found that the radiologist/doctor was not so. I was there for more than an hour as the technicians were trying to get a specific image per the direction of the radiologist. During that time, she never came in to talk with me and assure me that such excessive testing was ok. Additionally, she called me on the phone with a recommendation of a biopsy. The front desk staff at this imaging center, located within the Cancer Center, have been consistently disappointing in their customer service. Given the setting, you’d expect a more empathetic and patient approach. There have been repeated issues with communication—arriving early means locked doors, while arriving at your scheduled time results in being questioned for not coming earlier. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The scheduler that I spoke to was extremely rude so I wont be getting my MRI at that place for sure!
