From a Satisfied Patient Dr. Strauss's office staff is very engaged and friendly. They remember the children when they come in and make you feel like family. Good caring healthcare is worth it! Changed to this office after poor experience at another local office. The office really seems to work hard to eliminate the usual major hassles; like they electronically send you all the paperwork usually done with a clipboard elsewhere ahead of time and you complete it online and sign it electronically and it is all ready there and things setup when you arrive.
