Friendly and warm atmosphere when you walk in the door. Everyone knows their job and are very professional. Dr. Contractor is so easy to talk to and you feel free to ask questions. I have never had a procedure pushed on me. Joan at the front desk is very helpful and you feel you have been well taken care of by people who truly love their job. Linda
