I always enjoy my dental visit. I no longer suffer from anxiety before visiting the dentist. The entire staff makes you feel comfortable and at ease.
My parents recently moved to the area from Ohio. As it would happen, Murphy's Law, in the middle of the move my father had some major dental challenges. I suggested he try Dr. Contractor just to get some advice. Having visited small town dentists all his life, Dad didn't know what to expect. After his visit today he raved about the office staff, dental assistance, and the wisdom and kindness of a great dentist! If you are looking for a doctor who cares about his patience, I suggest you give this office a call!
I had a scheduled cleaning at this practice. I went to the office at 8am for the appt. They did the standard Xray and consultation, asking if I had any problem areas. Well after over an hour, they were finally done with the XRays and said they recommended a deep cleaning-which was fine. As one of the other associates showed the dentist or hygienist to print off the recommended services, she proceeded to walk me out and I was so confused that I asked, but aren't you cleaning my teeth today? From the first call to set up an appointment to the actual appointment day was such a pleasure to do business with this office from the especially kind receptionist to the Doctor and his Hygenist and I would recommend them highly to anyone!!!:)
They were nice and try to make me feel at ease
I have complete confidence in their ability to treat me and give sound advice. They are very professional, the equipment is above standard and the entire staff is a pleasure. I would highly recommend them.
I was very happy with our visit for my son's first dental appointment today. Jessica took the time to explain everything to him as she did it, which definitely seemed to put him at ease. Dr. Carpenter also answered our questions and was very friendly! We're very happy and impressed with how things went and plan to return in the future.
