It is always a good experience (considering the needles, drilling,numb face and drooling). Everyone is very friendly. It seems more like going to visit friends (that stick their hands in your mouth and wipe your face). I just hope that my insurance does not change,so my family and I can continue to see Dr. Contractor and staff!

On time with the appoitment and ready to go. I required considerable work and the whole staff was up to the task. Dr Contractor kept me informed about the procedure as it went along....no surprises!!! Everyone was concerned about my confort and they made adjustments as needed. professional excellence!! Joan, at the front desk is alwasy so very personable and her knowledge of Dr. Contractor's practice as well as group practices is really amazing! Jessica, the doctor's assistant is also very friendly and patient which is much appreciated. Dr. Contractor's knowledge and ability to relate to his patients is unparalleled. Thank you for your patience.... I so appreciate Dr Contractor and his staff for putting so much extra effort and time to take care of me - with ease and assurance. Not many providers are willing to work after 5pm - and though it wasn't planned, the level of care was not compromised.
I always enjoy Dr. Contractor's warm welcome, his associates' attention and the confidence I have in their competence and skill. I would refer KMA to anyone looking for a practice of excellence which combines best practices along with exceptional patient concern and care.
Everyone is friendlly! I never have to wait long after I arrive for my appointment. And when I have a problem (like a cracked tooth!) they get me in right away. I am very impressed with Dr. Contractor and his great team!
