Told the stylist long bangs and tapered sides...she gave me short bangs and the sides are uneven. She didn't wash my hair before the cut but charged me the full price - which is apparantly their normal practice. The young woman who did my eyebrows was obviously new and needs practice. Won't be going back.

I went for a cut which I was quoted 35. Pressuring that included a shampoo. Wrong! The Asian woman was told I hadn't washed my hair in 2 weeks and all I got was 1x shampoo, no conditioner and a supposed 1" cut off the back. It was more than an inch. I told her I was letting it grow out so she off hardly nothing and I told her to blow dry it back she blow dry it forward.
