I highly recommend you do NOT buy a home @ kennesaw farms because the builder Southeastern Building Corp has disgraceful business practices. These positive reviews are most likely customers visiting the shopping center, or the builder's employees, not home buyers. I wrote a detailed review on the builder & his awful staff - search "southeastern building corp" in google. You will see the warning I wish I had - please read that before you do business with them.
I highly recommend you do NOT buy a home @ kennesaw farms. If you can afford better go get better. -Construction workers blast music during workdays, sometimes start working at 4am, & sometimes work on SUNDAY morning. -The builder's customer service rep looks for every possible reason not to fix something in the one year warranty period. The "builder" of this community (southeastern building corp) does not handle the work themselves. They contract work out to other businesses.
