I should not be saying this because I want some meltaways to be at the bakery whenever I arrive. The meltaway pastries that are made at this bakery is one of the best pastries made in the DFW area! A lot of work is involved in making a meltaway, just Google it and watch. I've been coming here for 30 years, need I say anything more.
Being a native Texan, born in Austin raised in Houston I grew up eating Kolaches. I moved to Florida in 2006. No one in FL knows what these are and they always would ask what is a Kolache and I would tell them the question isn't what is a Kolache the question is what makes a Kolache and this place has what it takes!! This has been my favorite place to have handmade cinnamon rolls & cream cheese Kolachies in Arlington TX. We have been going here for many years & highly recommend this business.
Kids fell in love with them...why did I take them? Now I will be there daily....
