Worst nail experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been coming here for years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. The nails were cut HORRIBLY short, the design I specifically asked for was not done, and not even an hour later the nails were already peeling. When I called to speak with the owner, I was met with nothing but attitude and complete ignorance from the staff. I get headaches from the smell of nail salons, and they were kind and accommodating by opening the door for me to air it out. It really helped. Plus, they always do a great job on my gel pedicures!

Every time I go in I have a great experience. I’ve had almost every tech there and I walk away satisfied with my pedicures. No issues ever.

I have been to Kennerly Nails numerous times since moving to St Louis. In fact it has always been my go to for my pedicures. I’ve seen the guy who works there being flirty with the clients, and always loudly talking. I happened to get him the other day to do my pedicure, and I could tell he wasn’t interested in doing a pedicure, even though I had an appointment.
