Brandon and his team here at Kenner automotive saved my life! I had to travel to New Orleans from Baton Rouge for a work trip and had some major car issues suddenly right before heading back home. I called them around 4:30 in the afternoon and they stayed an hour after close to make sure I could get back on the road safely. they were the only shop in the area that could see me same day. I seriously cannot thank them enough. They were fair with pricing and honest about the whole situation. I wish they were my local mechanic!

Car broke down late in the afternoon on our way back home. It was right after four by the time we got it towed there and they managed to look at my car and get it running despite staying late to do so. These guys are amazing, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I’m glad we chose to bring it here. Highly recommend.

Myself and my Mom take our cars to Kenner Automotive. They do a Great job with reasonable prices. They mentioned several things they noticed I needed to do, and I was so Appreciative. I needed an oil change and there was a problem with my tire monitoring system. I was there to get my AC fixed and replace my shock's, but they took care of all of it, I will never take my car anywhere else!! They are the Best and I Highly recommend them!!! They have the finest customer service and Mechanics around!

Had valve cover & gasket changed and it was done well & in a timely manner. Was told there’s another code popping up on vehicle and would get a call about estimate. No one called so I called. The person was out. When they came back I was told he didn’t have the info that the other person was out. Called the next day to keep getting the run around. When someone wants to give you their business because they think the mechanics do great work you don’t ignore them the customer service should be on point. It’s not here. Very poor... read more

I don't know anything about cars except how to drive them. LOL This is the 2nd time I have brought my daughter's car to get serviced here, and I don't have any complaints. If something is still not right with the car, just call them. They have honored their work and will make it right! Mrs. Dawn was the only office personnel, but they have since gotten another person helping her.
