Everyone from TJ, the host to Sophia our server and those who kept us hydrated were cheerful and pleasant and accommodating. I had the filet mignon cooked medium rare. Lightly crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside. In my opinion it could have been slightly more rare on the inside - but each chef has their idea of medium rare. First, let me say that my entire party thoroughly enjoyed their meals. Everyone ordered the filet, and all were cooked perfectly. It had been quite a while since I’d seen a bone-in filet on a menu, so I went in with pretty high expectations. The cut I received was a bit smaller than a standard filet—which honestly wasn’t an issue—but it came out a touch drier than I prefer, even though it was prepared medium-rare.
