Kennedy Wilson now KWP same ppl diff name… Do yourself a favour, do not use this company for managing your property. They are negligent. Linda, Seattle ‘Senior Managers’, representing the voice of the company to tenants, is unresponsive when contacted regarding important issues in the property she manages (mail theft, leaks, pests, mold) . Absolutely terrible experience. The staff on the phone were unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I called a few times only because I was trying to catch the phone number the person mentioned in his voicemail — and instead of helping me, he scolded me for calling back and even told me to apologize for it. Excuse me, but are you actually trying to rent out the place, or do you just enjoy making potential clients feel bad? Such a shameful and unpleasant attitude. SHADY SHADY SHADY! Make sure you read your lease very closely as ALICE MYERS and LAUREN FISHKI will try to find a loophole to rip you off any way they can. Be careful when you replace anything because they will try to tell you you’re not covered when you are. Like AC which is basic. Mine broke and they wouldn’t replace it in triple digit heat. So I paid $11,000 out of pocket and now they are trying to find ways to weezle their way out of reimbursements by saying I didn’t maintain it even though I provided detailed records of... read more
