Placed an order, got the wrong bulb. Now my tv is still out, they want me to pay to send it back. Why would I pay, its their fault.
sorry to say, but they sent us the wrong bulb and I returned it. I was told that as soon as they get what I returned, they will send me the correct bulbs. It's been 3 months now and haven't seen anything yet. Spoke with their rep and said it hasn't arrived yet. REALLY??? 3 months, and they haven't received it. Year right. Needless to say, we started ordering bulbs from a different company even it they are more expensive. Can't deal with a company that is dishonest.
I ordered several photoflood lights from Kennedy Webster Electric. They were very courteous over the phone and the lights were delivered with lightening speed. In addition, the delivery charge was very, very reasonable. I would not hesitate to order from them again. Bravo!
Difficulty getting website and called and put on hold and forgotten about. They sent the wrong bulbs and want to charge ME a 20% restocking fee!!
