I have had nothing but a horrible experience with this company. My daughter was in for an eye exam mid September. We bought her glasses and sunglasses. We received her glasses earlier then expected which was great. Her sunglasses took for ever to come in about 2.5 weeks. When they came in they were wrong. I was told she would have new lenses ordered and we would receive 1/2 the purchase price back. Well I called 2 weeks later and no lenses yet. Was told they kept breaking when they tried dipping them. Dear Jessica, I am very sorry about how this situation was handled. This is not the customer service that we normally provide and we are embarrassed about how this turned out. Not only did we make a mistake, but so did our lab with even trying to make those sunglasses for you. Our staff and lab should have known better than to try and tint that material of lenses. In fact, our lab went through 7 pairs of lenses before giving up and sending them to a specialty lab to get them made. Then, the specialty lab didn’t have the fram... read more
