A year later after my grandparents visit in the ER for almost 12 hours, my mother is currently there in a hallway waiting to go back to rehab. She was originally there for an X-ray& cat-scan on her knee due to a fall, was told she was going home by one doctor and then was told she’s staying by another doctor, when you ask the nurses they don’t know one way or the other… then now all of a sudden she needs an ultrasound… where was the ultrasound when she was first got there today at 1-2pm??? Terrible Service
This is the worst hospital in New Jersey. Dirty, stinky, from 10AM until 4PM waited for a doctor in a EMERGENCY ROOM WHILE HAVING INTERNAL BLEEDING! Woman walks in, asks if we wanna pay our copay while the person is bending in pain cant even sit straight. Than some 2 bodybuilder nurses walk in and move us to treatment waiting area without doctors check up. Than they realized that doctor didnt even look at us and they sent us back to the first room, nobody knows what to do just smiling and telling to sit down and wait. Why is... read more
