No problems – Over the years I have needed extensive dental work and have used several dentists. The bottom line with trying this company was the money. They were significantly less than other dentists. I have used Dr. Andrew and Shiela on several occasions and found them to be professional and quite good. I have never felt like I had been ripped off.

From the Office Manager – It is certainly disappointing to read the few negative reviews that have been posted (and we really appreciate the positive ones!) We make every effort to achieve 100% satisfaction with every patient that we see. However, we do see an average of about 3500 new patients every year, the vast majority of which heard about us through a friend or relative who had been here. As in any business, there's always a handful that, try though we may, we are unable to make happy. And human nature being what it is... read more

So much better than previously reported – I almost didn't go after checking them out on the internet but I needed oral surgery and money made a difference. I really needed a tooth pulled and my dentist would not do it he wanted me to go to a oral surgeon. I let the office know I had read not so great reports them so they would be aware. I saw Dr Andrew Scheinbler and his superb assistant Sheila. BEWARE Dr. Kennedy and Dr. Hargett – BEWARE these guys...they are dishonest...Dr. Hargett is on probation for drug abuse. THey will tell you lies about what work needs to be done...rip your teeth out before they even say a word to you...The receptionist is defensive and blames you when you express any sort of discontent....These guys are straight up crooks that think that since they are the only game in town they can abuse patients and get away with it. Not a good dentist – I have had a lot of dental work done and have had all good dentist up until I went to Dentures and Dental Services and saw Dr. John Hargett. I was told I had to have all of my teeth removed, even the ones I had paid thousands of dollars to have capped so they would not have to be pulled. On the day of extraction he missed one that was broken off at the gum line. I was told I would be given the pain medication of his choice not mine.
