There are too many things that I can say about Jason Kennedy and his team. But there are a few things that stand out the most to me. Reliable, always following through with what he says he is going to do and doing it on time! Integrity, being honest up forthright in his message and intentions. Matt Kennedy is one of the best agents around. Matt and his team are tremendously honest, not much into telling you what you want to hear but he will provide realistic expectations. Matt is a master at navigating the pitfalls that lots of other agents may not even be aware of. Where he really shines is in negotiating a fair deal for both sides and delivering the results that he stated he would up front. Not to mention, Matt is an all around good dude to work with and has an excellent sense of humor, even in stressful times.
Working with Jason was truly a wonderful experience. His professionalism, communication and knowledge resulted in the sale of our home, at our asking price faster than we dreamed possible. His guidance on each step made it an actually enjoyable experience. Less than 40 days from listing to closing!
