The PM , never responds to my emails concerning Carpet rule for our Co-op, why have bylaws if your not enforcing it and the board don't give a shit. I have sent 20 emails and constantly ignored my ceiling creaks and I had them recently painted almost 4 years ago now covered in cracks my furniture shakes. I fear my building will collapse from the Elephant that lives above me.

It’s well managed cooperative. They now own the land and no more leasing it! Great place for those downsizing. Close to shopping mall, walking distance. Three express busses into Manhattan: QM2, QM20 and QM35(?). And Q28 to Main St #7 line and many more like close to Bell Blvd restaurants. Two long blocks walk to Bell Blvd to take Q13 to the restaurants, cafes and LIRR
