I ordered two Kennedy skylights through my local building supply in April 2021. Here it is mid-July and I still have not seen my skylights. On three separate occasions now the skylights have either arrived damaged to our NY location or Kennedy's subcontractor location in Illinois for framing purposes. There has been no attempt made by Kennedy whatsoever to make this right with the customer (expedited shipping, waived shipping or product discount).
