Like the previous reviewer, I wish I could give 0 stars. I have also been calling and leaving voicemails for weeks and emailing both email accounts and filled out the application and wanting to view 3 of their properties and nothing. Not a single response. Now their voicemail is full so I can’t leave any more messages by phone. They state you can’t schedule a showing until you complete the application so I did and still no word. It doesn’t make any sense if you are trying to run a profitable business.

I have been trying to see an apartment this company has for rent for over 3 weeks. I filled out and delivered my application as required. I have called 2 phone numbers, emailed multiple times, filled out their online forms yet I have never received any type of response from them. Usually their voice mail is full on both of their lines but even when I can leave a message they don't call back. I wouldn't even give 1 star if I could. Terrible way to (NOT) do business.

Bruce is a dishonest person that only has his best interest in mind. After purchasing a building he managed, he spread rumors that we were raising rent. He then stole our tenants and rented them places of his own. What a crook ! On top of that he hadn't even met (in person) almost any of the tenants in the building. Some had lived there almost 4 years. Worst of all he did zero maintenance that was requested by the tenants! One tenant told me he was laughed at when needing his furnace fixed!! Very good landlords and helped with my needs! Idk why these other reviews are so negative?? Ive been renting for 5 yrs now!! Best landlords ever!
I have always had good experiences with them as landlords. They have always taken care of any maintenance issues I have ever had and are always very accommodating.
Worst landlord. Very greedy, will rarely repair anything, very unlikely to return the security deposit. Many apartments are full of bedbugs.
