I have always had good experiences with them as landlords. They have always taken care of any maintenance issues I have ever had and are always very accommodating.
Worst landlord. Very greedy, will rarely repair anything, very unlikely to return the security deposit. Many apartments are full of bedbugs.

Worst landlord whose only goal is to cheat customers and earn as quickly as possible. Very bad apartments filled with bugs. Will not fix any issues after you sign the lease. Will not return any deposit. Misbehave and harass you if you complaint. Will make your life miserable, stay away from them.
Staff never treats tennant problems with any sort of urgency. Landlord never answers the phone. Problems can take months to be fixed. Very sketchy maintenance staff. Will duct tape everything before actually spending money to fix it.
