Would not go here for beard work. Technique was unorthodox; no straight razor to line the edges. I was happy to pay extra for it, but they didn't have experience with straight razor. It looks good to an untrained beard eye, it just wasn't the quality of workmanship I'm used to seeing when I go into a place that's a Barber Shop - especially one dressed up as nice as this one. Place has gone down-hill fast. Can’t even get a call-back to schedule a haircut appointment. Every call has gone to voicemail. Judging by the post below, they do not have proper staffing.
Made an online appointment for 10:00 A.M. Showed up for a hair cut and me and two other people sat out in the cold for half and hour and the doors never opened. Had high hopes for a neat experience that went unfulfilled.
