This appraiser is the absolute worst, I have purchased a number of properties in the last year and have never seen anything like this. My broker has dealt with numerous appraisers over his 23 years in the business and has never had to do what he had to do in order to keep this deal together. If not for my broker not only doing his job but also doing this appraisers job. This appraiser is the worst appraiser I have dealt with in 23 years of selling real estate. He appraised a 5-unit multi family I had listed and showed up 40 minutes late without calling. I had to call him to check status and then he rushed through the property and didn’t take pictures of the kitchens which in turn the lender asked me to take pictures of the kitchens to demonstrate they had sinks and stoves. This appraiser does not keep promises made and never answers phone calls. I am very disappointed with his lack of professionalism.
