RENTERS BEWARE! This is the worst real estate company to do business with because they are based on greed. IT has been 4 months, 30 phone calls, 5 emails and no reply or acknowledgment to the money owed to me for from my deposit. I recieved an itemized list of what was used from my deposit and there was a balance left over and they WILL NOT PAY ME OR RESPOND!!! so i have to take off wrok to file a small claims court which makes matters even worse and more traumatic. I wish I would have read these reviews before filling out and paying for paperwork through this place. Horrible place no customer service skills at all. They are rude and incompetent only out for your money (application fees). I paid and my paperwork wasn't even processed not only was it not processed I never received a phone call from the office to inform me of ANYTHING. My advice is to stay away from this place.
Aweful, ridiculous, rude and unproffesional. First of all, as soon as you come in their "office", you have the impression of entering a ghetto pawn shop. They have this nasty and trashy stocky obesse fake blonde sitting there like a troll behind bullet proof glass. That woman will be talking to you with no respect. This company is extremely misleading they say one thing then don't follow through I'm glad I saw these reviews because through my own personal experience I would not tell anyone to rent a place through them ever..
I was just asked to review a declined security deposit and the list of petty items the tenant was required to pay for, was pretty scary. I would recommend having a lawyer look at any thing you sign or put in writing to this company, and I personally know the owners. Take photo's when you enter that are time dated and be prepared to use them in court after they deny your security deposit upon leaving!
The team at Kennedy do a great job with delivering me some peace of mind regarding my rental properties. Their follow thru is exceptional from getting the renters, repairs, and organizing extras like the landscaping.
I think that a property management company should be more concerned about the owners of the property then the renter. And once the renters decide they want to live in a certain rental they should not be pursuaded to changed their minds because the company has other rental property that have been waiting longer to find renters. On the positive side there are some very nice people working for this company but the same cannot be said for all.
