Highly recommend. He came same day and fixed my gas leak.
Made an appointment to be here between 8a-9a. Never showed up, never communicated about it either. Ended up calling him to see if he was still coming at 11a. He said he would try to fit us in the schedule later that afternoon. I asked if he would let us know one way or the other. Never heard from him the rest of the day. Unreliable.
Helped when no one else would reply and did excellent work at a fair price.

Jim Kennedy answered my call and got to my house quickly to assess my leaky situation. He came back the next morning with help to install the new water heater. He was professional, respectful, courteous, and cleaned up when the job was finished.
