We have been a long-term customer of ********************** (and before them a prior company that Kennedy bought out to expand). The only of their services that we utilized was to have them replenish three rodent stations. We could do easily do it ourselves, but for $48.00 per quarter, it wasn't worth the bother. That changed when we received a letter stating that there would be a 50% rate increase. Kennedy Pest did a termite inspection on our house in escrow and we hired them to do a termite service. We thought that we were happy with the service until termites started appearing during the first year. They refused to honor the one-year warranty. They don't care about customer satisfaction at all. Find another company!

<p>To whom it may concern,</p><p>Kennedy Pest Control did do a treatment for subterranean termites in an interior wall plumbing access on 4/20/2022, that treatment comes with a one year warranty for the area treated. During the process of remodeling the home, the home owner opened up a previously inaccessible wall void in the master bedroom of the home and found evidence of subterranean termites.
