Having done business with K & P in the Branford office, I came to this office again and asked them if they would be kind enough to remove the lens from the frame to clean the crevices in which the lens reside. The lady at the desk, officious and arrogant in her demeanor stated, "Oh, no you need new glasses, it cannot be cleaned." I left disappointed but went to Eye Care Group where a former employee of K & P worked, and she readily cleaned my glasses.
