Lisa is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with in my life! She basically told me if I don’t like waiting too bad. Something is really wrong with her!
The older white lady at the desk is super rude! She had an attitude problem and definitely needs some coaching. I left the office. Will not be coming back. I was referred to this office from my orthodontist saying that Dr. Kennedy is great. Too bad I didn’t get to meet him but got scared away by his employee instead.
