This insincere, patronizing reply to my review speaks for itself; a condescending response to try to prove her legitimacy by saying her client has a "fundamental misunderstanding" of the process she is supposed to be the expert in. She is the one who made multiple errors that I, as the client, reviewed and corrected. She still submitted an error that I had corrected, but was never corrected by her on the final paperwork.
