First visit was great; they spent time answering my questions and seemed genuinely interested in my dental care. Dr. Gray presented more than one option and agreed with me that the cheaper option was best for my needs. How often does a provider encourage you to spend LESS? He even got my insurance to cover some of the cost when other dentists in the past have been unable to do so for the same problem. They told me that my insurance will cover 50 % when they knew that they were not affiliated with Delta Care, my new insurance. Now they sent me a bill for the rest of the cost to pay. I was not properly informed even though I asked them to check and confirm my new insurance.
