10 out of 10!!! By far my favorite location because of the staff, the convenience, and the overall atmosphere. From the time you walk in you feel like family. The staff is polite, prompt, and professional. They have set the bar for treatment, service, and overall office management. I will definitely be back and have already recommended them to all my friends… and now consider yourself notified as well ;)
The Bee Caves office. I had been here previously without issues, I wanted to go back for a small amount of botox. I actually met with the same provider as the first time, but it was a shockingly different outcome. I literally walked out, and did not get service the second time around. Kelly Wala was extremely rude and dismissive of my questions and concerns. She would answer questions with a, "well, as I JUST explained to you..." or cut me off mid question, to say, "No, that is not true." She completely dismissed all my conc... read more
I wouldn’t recommend the north Lamar location. The manager is incompetent and Dr Ramirez sees patients every 10 minutes, which puts her behind, causes everyone to be rushed, and patients sitting and waiting on her. She seems to only be worried about making money. Her placement with Botox and filler are incorrect. Patients come back religiously because they have a dropped brow or aren’t happy with results. Don’t waste you’re time or money here.
It has been a waste of $2,500 of my hard earned money to go to Westlake Dermatology on their laser treatment packages for my melasma and hyper-pigmentation. I paid for two picos and one fraxel laser treaments on my face. Dr. P said she was confident I should see 80% reduction after three treatments. I am posting the photos below to show their treatments obviously failed. There was no recourse when I complained about lack of progress.
