I had the best customer service experience with Kurt. Being in a car accident—especially when it’s not your fault—is already a headache, but everything went so smoothly. The only things they needed to communicate with me about were the pickup and drop-off of my vehicle; all other communication was handled directly with my insurance, which I absolutely loved. To top it off, I got a flat tire on my way to the shop, and they were kind enough to drop my car off at a nearby dealership to have the punctured tire fixed. Truly above... read more
