Jeff and his crew did a shower remodel for us. For the most part, his core crew was professional and arrived on time. Jeff opted to use a third party glass door installer from the Atlanta area who often failed to show up in time and in some cases no show entirely. We have had countless problems with glass door since installation. Do not use Kennedy kitchens and baths, Columbus, GA for any remodeling job!! This company walked off the job of our bathroom remodel project with no warning. We were left with an unusable bathroom because all fixtures had been removed. Kennedy took $5,000 of our money! He's dishonest and did not honor his contract.
Replaced the lousy shower pan that our builder installed with a heavy duty cast iron / ceramic pan - reasonable price - great work and when there was a slight leak detected downstairs they were great about coming out and fixing it (stuff happens). From our experience, we would recommend...
Submitted a claim through a warranty company in May of 2024. They said they’d send me a diagnosis but it took me asking several times before they told me what was wrong with some other job they did. Then they figured out which house was mine… Seem very unprofessional. Then had another company go look at the job after my warranty company denied the work and they said it was a completely different issue. Something the warranty company would have fixed. Would not recommend.
Nothing was luxurious about this contractor’s work or the cheap material they used. They built shaker-style kitchen cabinets that were sketchy at best, and appliances didn’t fit due to measurement inaccuracies. They sold me a half-finished bathroom vanity from another job and never returned to complete the projects agreed upon in the contract. They attempted to do a chair rail on a bathroom wall, and it was so bad that I had to remove it myself and contract another company to redo it. I would recommend looking elsewhere.
