They've always made me feel very cared for and accepted Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this psychiatrist's office? Yes Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes

Dr. Kennedy is wonderful. Her waiting list is long, however it is well worth it. She made sure every question I had was answered thoroughly, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I was able to talk freely during my appointment without worrying about being judged or criticized. They were very supportive and understanding.

They always try to get me in as soon as possible Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time
