My experience was fantastic! I went under contract with one home, but inspections came back and we backed out. I was ready to quit and start again down the road, but Matias Rojas actually found a great home in my budget and we went after it. Matias and his team worked really hard to make everything as smooth as possible and nearly talked maximum seller concessions into the deal. I would highly recommend using Kennedy Homes!
