I’ve had a great experience living at Kennedy Highlands. The community is peaceful, clean, and well maintained, and the management team has always been friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. The move-in process was smooth, and any questions we’ve had have been answered quickly. If you’re looking for a comfortable place to live with a welcoming atmosphere and excellent staff, I would definitely recommend Kennedy Highlands!
I’ve lived at Kennedy Highlands for the past 21 months, and my experience has been wonderful from the very beginning. My fiancé and I recently move here from out of state. We went with the townhouse here because of the overall process was so easy and Justin is extremely friendly and helpful! In the first few months being here any maintenance request has been taken care expeditiously. The maintenance team is extremely helpful and friendly as well. We are very pleased with our time here so far.
I have lived in a townhouse at Kennedy Highlands for 5.5 years and ever since Justin has come in as property manager things have drastically improved. Mason has been here since Ive moved in and has always been amazing with maintenance and goes above and beyond which has remained consistent. We recently moved here from out of state, and the experience has been absolutely wonderful! Moving with a family, including two young kids, can be incredibly stressful, but the leasing office staff made the transition so much smoother. Since we couldn't be here in person initially, they were extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with detailed pictures and videos of the place to help us make our decision.
