Read these negative reviews, people read, read, read, read, read seriously. The noise complaints here are an absolute joke. Management does absolutely nothing about it, and maintenance is a nightmare. Getting anything done takes months.Wouldn't live here if they offered it for free seriously, people, you've got to read these negative reviews and management could care less about them. The entire office needs to be replaced to definitely need to the talk to the property owners
I am very pleased with the current Kennedy Highlands team. I have lived here since February 2022 and while there was some turnover for a minute there, this current team has been in place for quite a while now and I have seen improvements in all areas with them managing the property. Every single time I contact the office for anything Justin, Casey and/or Crystal respond very promptly with care and concern.
