The community is clean, well maintained and more peaceful than expected. Move in was easy and the Management Team (Justin, Crystal & Casey) were extremely helpful. They’re great; always friendly, responsive and easy to work with. The Maintenance Team is also great; any issue, regardless of how small, is handled promptly. Great experience so far.

I lived here for about 5 years. I'll just talk about the apartment itself. The good: 1. Maintenance is fantastic. They will fix things quickly.. Just expect the HVAC to break for like a day or two in the summer and wait a day for it to be fixed. Luckily even if it breaks it doesn't get too extreme in the apartment. Overall, point in favor. 2. It's clean and well-maintained, more-so than pretty much any other apartment I've seen. Valet trash is convenient and helps keep the apartment nice. 3. The noise isn't really a problem.... read more

I’ve had a great experience living at Kennedy Highlands. The community is peaceful, clean, and well maintained, and the management team has always been friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. The move-in process was smooth, and any questions we’ve had have been answered quickly. If you’re looking for a comfortable place to live with a welcoming atmosphere and excellent staff, I would definitely recommend Kennedy Highlands!

I’ve lived at Kennedy Highlands for the past 21 months, and my experience has been wonderful from the very beginning. The community is always clean, quiet, and well maintained, and the staff has consistently provided great communication whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. My fiancé and I recently move here from out of state. We went with the townhouse here because of the overall process was so easy and Justin is extremely friendly and helpful! In the first few months being here any maintenance request has been taken care expeditiously. The maintenance team is extremely helpful and friendly as well. We are very pleased with our time here so far.
