Communication is non-existent with the office. Numerous attempts at emails, only occasionally will you receive a response back but it is not in a timely manner. We were thinking of renewing a lease at a two bedroom unit after outgrowing our one bedroom - first of all, we had an appointment at 11 AM for a walk through inspection and someone didn’t show up until past 1 PM because they were busy with other matters. It has been an absolutely awful experience while trying to lease Hybrid apartment of Kennedy highlands . My wife does not have an SSN rather an ITIN as she is dependent on me being a primary income holder . The assistant property manager told me that without SSN they cannot allow us to live even though we meet the income criteria . This place is nothing but fee after fee. Stay far away. Also we have had a weed smell from other apartments since the summer. When they finally “addressed it” they said I had to wait for a lease addendum in November for them to enforce it. Then when I wanted to leave because of my asthma issues from it they claimed I didn’t say something again before wanting out of our lease. Now I will have to pay for 2 apartments because this is not even livable for me. Our rent is supposed to be 1500 and totals 1755 after a BS 200 fee, a ... read more
Wanted to give a shout out to property manager Justin, staff & maintenance here at Kennedy highlands they do an amazing job with maintaining the property there very friendly with any concerns you may have they make it great place to live and have an amazing maintenance and cleaning staff.
