Just want to give a huge shoutout to Lisa who’s been helping Kobe and my family over the last 8 years ! She’s a true gem and genuinely shows cares towards all the animals that come through ! Our Kobe loves to visit Lisa 🥺
All of the staff are nothing less than phenomenal we have been going to them for around 7 years now. Every visit has been spectacular even when we have had to euthanize animals all of the staff have been extremely caring and understanding. Lisa is spectacular and never ceases to amaze us with the amount of love she shows to all animals she interacts with always going above and beyond.
My kitten got hurt and they managed to fit in a last-minute appointment for us. The receptionists and the technician were all very kind to us. Dr. Harkamal was very careful with our cat and provided very attentive care, always listening to our concerns and clearly explaining each step of the process. It was our first time at the clinic, and I’m very happy with the service provided . Thank you so much to the Kennedy team.
Used to be such a wonderful place to go but has majorly gone downhill since being bought out. The old staff left, including the rabbit savvy vets and I wouldn’t blame them. ~$35 for a nail trim now and ~$136 for not even the proper physical exam (didn’t need one either, just a quick peak at the hocks which I have NEVER been charged for). Over an hour wait for foot wrappings which they couldn’t even manage that, asked three times for tape around the hocks socks to keep them on (mentioned my rabbit takes them off himself) and ... read more
The doctor was very thorough in his explanation of what was wrong. Maybe even a little bit too thorough lol. Very friendly staff and very helpful.
