They do not stand by their warranty. My seamless gutter is leaking for the second time and they want to charge me $75 to fix when I had them installed only 4 months ago. Pathetic! Horrible customer service. Beware!!!
I contracted with Kennedy Gutter & Vinyl Siding and they installed gutters and seven downpipes on a house I own in Gulfport on 29 Dec 20. They did a professional job except for two things, i.e., they failed to provide me with a receipt after over 6 weeks of asking for one and they failed to provide me with information regarding the warranty of their product. I can't give them a higher rating because they failed in these two regards.
