I’ve only been living here since the end of May but so far it’s been pretty great. The flooring was new and there was also new carpeting. The office staff is nice and responsive. The only downside is really the countertops in the kitchen aren’t great and our cabinets in the kitchen also weren’t cleaned when we moved in. Also our screen on our balcony doesn’t really close. This place is horrible the floors are dirty when you first move in I got a splinter in there floor the maintenance there is horrible when you ask for something to get fixed you end up waiting like 3 months the owners NGB are so rude there are FAKE cameras in the laundry rooms and the laundry rooms are disgusting my dad lost 200 or more dollars worth of clothes if I could give it 0 stars I would. I don’t recommend living here

Would not recommend this apartment building to anyone poorly maintained new owner took over you have to mail your rent out of state and trust me you won't get your security back.
