The heat pump stopped working at my dad's house. Unfamiliar with the set up I needed help. The number on the set up was for Kennedy Fuel. I called them and they set an appointment for the very next day. Bella and Tommy were right on time. They looked at the inside unit and began the process to diagnos the problem, finding it right away. Bella showed me what was wrong, a blown fuse, and explained things that could cause it.
