This is a great gym to come to work out and enjoy the classes they got plus great trainers and I keep the place nice and clean for every boday 7 days a week love my job and the people l work with every day.
Great atmosphere. Large diversity of equipment and never crowded what more can you ask for
I absolutely love going to this gym. I have no complaint its very clean and they have a exstensive exercise equipment. My absolute favorites is the eliptical machine and the saltwater pool. I go to the dry sauna as well. Since its reccomended everyday for beautiful skin and to detox to your body. Personal trainers are great too. Not too mention all of classes that's available for all age range. Friendly staff makes it a pleasure to go work out at. I truly wish one open up in Va. Since im just a guess here.
This is the best gym I have ever used. It is never crowded and has all the equipment you need to workout with. The gym is also exceptionally clean. I have been a member for 6 years and would never use any other gym. The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall a great workout experience.
