I wasn't exactly giddy with anticipation to know I had to undergo a root canal on an upper incisor. But Dr. Kennedy had explained exactly how the procedure would play out, that what he was going to do was pretty much routine. He was right. I appreciate how he and his assistant, Cindy, handled me. Now, it's almost a week later, and I reflect on how I was worried for no reason. Thanks, Dr. Kennedy.
Evaluation at 0800 and root canal on no. 3 at 10:30. All went smoothly and handled v. professionally. Completely satisfied.
