This building is in complete disrepair and unfit for human habitation. It’s infested with cockroaches, plagued by mould, and crawling with mice. I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s asbestos in the walls—I’m constantly sick, battling migraines, and mentally exhausted from living here. Upper management is entirely disconnected from the reality of this place. This is the best and polite place. The people work here are really very friendly , polite and mannered. Jaideep and Diya both are really good people they always respond on time and always be polite and make other people safe and secure. I really like to live there. Amazing ✨✨✨

I must say that Reet and Warren are definitely a breath of fresh air compared to previous management. They may not have access to everything needed but they do their best and do everything in their power to maintain the building. They are amazing when it comes to working with my schedule if work needs to be done in my apartment.

I've lived at Kennedy Estates for 8 years and in my entire time living here Reet and Warren has been the best managers hands down! Things get fixed! Requests are heard and promptly addressed and they are extremely friendly, welcoming and warm! I must say that the company picked the most amazing Managers this time around because you actually see them working and has the residents best interest! Thank you Reet and Warren for all the hardworking and turning this place around!! Keep it up!
