Place is a dump. Ever since the old managers left, it’s become worse and worse. Reet & Warren did their best so I do not blame them. The interim supers that are here now don’t clean the building properly, and they don’t practice good hygiene. The office stinks of body odour. Elevators are always dirty, stairwells haven’t been cleaned in over a year. I can tell because the same urine stain is there from last December. Little ridiculous that I’ve been gone from This building for almost 3 months now and still can’t get my key deposit back, starting to feel like the company is trying to keep my money at this point.
Recently joined new mangers-Reet and Warren are very good .Their professionalism and efficiency are commendable.Kudos to our resident manager for their proactive approach to maintenance and their quick response to any concerns.
This building is in complete disrepair and unfit for human habitation. It’s infested with cockroaches, plagued by mould, and crawling with mice. I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s asbestos in the walls—I’m constantly sick, battling migraines, and mentally exhausted from living here. Upper management is entirely disconnected from the reality of this place.
