Jeff and his team did a ground up for us early 2000’s.::We’ve worked with them on multiple projects since that time, never once has Kennedy design build let us down. Jeff has been doing this long enough that we value his guidance on our projects and has always been brutally honest even when we didn’t want to hear it!!!! His whole team is top notch!

Jeff Kennedy the owner has dismissed my concerns about the HVAC system for the surgery center that he built out just prior to covid and we did not fully utilize until now due to not being open. The HVAC company , Mechanical Southwest (MPSW) installed a very complicated system that is not understandable by other highly skilled HVAC companies.
