These guys were recommended and were awesome until they weren’t. They “fixed” an install issue and assured us that it was taken care of. 30 days later, same issue. Kevin returned our first 2 texts, told us they’d be by at 2pm... sat around til 7, we sent another way too polite text, and I left a very polite voicemail simply requesting they tell us what they did up there so we could hire someone else and they’d know where to look.
