We were lucky to find Chris. Back in November we needed a removable door for our lower attic. He was easy to work with and communicated well during the entire process. He did a great job with the door - adding trim as well as some weatherstripping to get a good seal on the door. Now we are looking forward to having him work on our next home project - a screened in area in our garage for our cats. The pricing is reasonable, and I appreciate his attention to detail. We've hired Kennedy Construction for multiple house projects. Their work is always exceptional, well-worth the cost, and is built to last. Communication is excellent, and their work always looks as though it was built with the original house - never as an add-on. We'll continue to employ this company for future home projects!
Chris crafted some fantastic built in shelving and cabinets. He was fantastic through the entire process. After coming over to measure and see the space, he sent us detailed mockups of a few options to choose from. Once we decided on the build, he gave us a fair price and kept us updated throughout the build process. Installation was done in a day and everything went incredibly smooth. This was a great experience and I highly recommend Kennedy Construction Services!
My building needed rooms framed out with sound-insulating staggered stud construction; baseboards cut, finished and installed throughout other parts of the building; a kitchenette fitted into a pre-existing room; and a large storage cabinet hung in place. All of this was accomplished quickly, properly and neatly, with all sawdust and leftover lumber cleaned up afterward. It was also achieved with minimal disruption to my business. KCS is very highly recommended!
Chris has done three projects for our home now and we have been thoroughly happy with each of them. He’s installed tricky custom shelves alongside our uneven stone fireplace, a custom piece of cabinetry to supply more storage in our guest bathroom, and refitted our exterior columns to better fit the style of our home and last longer.
