Not the best experience for me. Was happy to take my app fee after lying about the status of the home, stating there were no current applicants. It's been a week now with zero follow up. Be careful when dealing with realtors when looking to rent a house. I'm out of state and needed the assistance to help find a home and Patrick took full advantage of this.
