I was very happy with the work and timely manner in which Kennedy and Son completed our unknown, old termite problem in the floor system under our house we were selling. Jake King answered all my calls or contacted me back every time I called. He also came back and fixed an unrelated crawl space problem the very next business day for us! I can’t say enough good things about his customer service!
Kennedy and Sons did an amazing job fixing the lentil over the garage door of the home we were buying. They were recommended from our home inspector.
We bought a house with sump pumps already installed in our basement. They have worked great for years and then we had a week long worth of rain and had a pump go bad. Had a tech there within a day to check them out and confirmed one went bad and was able to keep the system pushing water our of the basin while the new pumps got ordered. Two guys came out and took out the old system and installed the new system and went over how everything works. I really appreciate the hard work and someone that does what they say!
Jeff Kennedy and his team at Kennedy and Sons did an excellent job at repairing my sagging garage door lintel. The LintelLift system they installed seems to be a well-designed, permanent repair that offers me peace of mind for the safety of my family around my garage door. My mortar had failed and introduced the weight of my brick onto the thin steel lintel spanning my 18’ garage door.
