I spoke with a guy name kevin and he sounded like he wanted to just make a sell. Not knowing anything physically wrong with the car. He will get irritated with you if you dont say yes right away and if you ask too many questions. Yes they have 0% interest rate but is it worth it if you end up buying a car and it doesnt work the next day? Do not go here! Very bad customer service!
Absolutely awful experience. These guys are crooks.. I spoke to Brian about a car on Friday, he confirmed the vehicle ($4500) and offered it to me $3400 after I gave him the KBB value for the vehicle.. Saturday morning I drove from Alton to Collinsville to test drive the car. Brian then said, the car was $6000, and that the listed price was WRONG, then he REFUSED to honor the prices he gave me the day before.. My salesman Jeff Wade was GREAT! He gave us a sweet deal on a awesome truck. I was really impressed with the no hassle of endless paperwork and that they were flexible and made us feel like our business was appreciated. I bought a Yukon from them in June 2012 and I cannot lie I have no cmplaints whatsoever. Our salesman was really great as well as the owner, they were friendly. I fell back on a payment & they understood & let me know as long as I keep them informed and make some type of payment they had no problem with giving me another week to pay.
